The platform tries to simplify the complicated knitwear manufacturing process for public. The designed user experience enable amateurs without fashion design knowledge create industrial quality knitwear without MOQ and with manageable cost.

1. Persona

First, we need to understand the persona we are designing for and identify their needs. Once we have that insight, we can begin to plan how to assist them effectively.

2. Layout the user journey, touch points & opportunities

A journey map is utilized to outline the various tasks users aim to accomplish, organized into distinct stages. It highlights touchpoints that assist users in achieving their goals, as well as opportunities to enhance the user experience. Ultimately, this approach aims to improve customer conversion rates.

To obtain a holistic view of the effectiveness of the digital experience we’ve created for our users, we analyze user engagement data from Google Analytics.

  • Weekly Returning Users: This metric reflects the number of users who return to our site each week.

  • Monthly Active Users: This metric captures the total number of sessions in which users actively engage with our site and design platform.

  • Users dropped off at (1), (2), and (3) in the chart below, indicating that they tend to create multiple designs before making any purchases.

  • (1) is the area with the highest number of drop-offs. This area is crucial for conversion and requires a deeper investigation. A microsurvey was conducted there to gather direct feedback from users.

5. Qualitative user feedback
